Annex.com Service Fee

To compensate Annex.com for providing for the services to our Members, we charge a service fee on transactions between Members facilitated by Annex.com. Unless mutually agreed upon differently by Annex.com and a Member, the service fees are as follows:

· Service Fee charged to Record Center: 15%

Interest Rate on past due invoices: 5% per annum

VAT charges
Depending on the laws of the jurisdiction involved, VAT may be applicable to the above fees. The service fee is VAT inclusive, where applicable.

We reserve the right to change our service fees at any time, and will provide you with prior notice of any fee changes before they become effective, by posting such changes on this website. All fee changes are prospective and will not affect any charges made prior to the effective date of the fee change.
